This Coral Gables patient is a young happy and always smiling woman in her early twenties. She came to our office wanting to reduce the amount of gum she shows when she smiles. Dr. Ospina recommended the gummy smile reduction surgery to decrease the amount of gum shown during laughing and smiling, while maintaining her natural big smile. As you can see, from the before and after pictures the patient shows less gum line but has maintained her beautiful natural smile.
